I recently had the honor of being asked to sing as part of a chamber choir for a mass celebrating the first vows of several members of the Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus. I was really delighted to be able to be part of the day and be a witness to Sr. Maris Stella's vows. I'm still in awe of the commitment she has made to serve. It was a beautiful mass and it was a treat to be reunited with a bunch of my Morris friends. It was especially enjoyable to sing great music with some of my former college choir friends. The day was sunny and temperate and the vow ceremony went smoothly. I have never seen so many priests in one place at one time! And, I must admit, the music was pretty good ;)
