Weston is 4 Months Old!

Where has the time gone? My baby is four months old today! It's amazing to see how much he has grown and how many new things he has learned. I can't wait to see what he is like in another 4 months! Here is what Weston is doing at four months:

-LOTS of drooling
-overcoming his first baby cold
-responding to voices
-sucking on his hands incessantly
-cooing, giggling, and blowing bubbles
-sleeping through the night
-fitting into 0-3 and most 3-6 month clothes (and still a couple of newborn onesies...)
-loving his ocean wonders play gym
-wearing both size 1 and size 2 diapers
-drinking formula and dabbling in rice cereal and other semi solids
-picking up rattles and other toys that are easy to grasp
-rolling over both ways
-holding his head steady when upright

Nicknames we have been using lately:
-Weston Baby (creative, right?)
-Snuggle muffin
-Westonator (our favorite)
-Sir drools a lot (or pees a lot, or poops a lot, or smiles a lot... you get the idea :)
-Mr. Wiggles
-Mr. Giggles

This morning we were sitting in bed with Weston and playing with him when we started singing the 'roll over' song which led to singing the 'monkeys jumping on the bed song' which led to Tom asking if the song is really about monkeys or if the monkeys are supposed to represent kids (sounds ridiculous, I know...). We had an amusing conversation about monkeys in beds and and other silly things before I realized how much our life has changed since the arrival of our little monkey. Singing nursery rhymes in bed was definitely not part of our previous morning routine! Life has certainly changed over the 4 months but we wouldn't have it any other way. We love our little monkey!
