Almost caught up to 2014! LOL! I'm going to sneak in one more month tonight and wrap up 2013.
If I'd had the time to write during Cal's first year, I would have dedicated whole blog posts to Calvin's hair. It was (and is) a force to be reckoned with. This spirited little guy came out of the womb needing a hair cut. I am not kidding. He had hair coming over his hairs and I clipped it the day we got home from the hospital. It worked out nicely, considering it was winter in Minnesota! Most of December 2013 was spent indoors with the babe. I also returned to working full time and Cal started daycare alongside Weston. The transition was much smoother with baby #2.
THE HAIR at three months into Cal's little life.
Chunky baby! He definitely has a little more meat on his bones than Weston had at this age. Tom and I marvel at his chunky thighs.
My boys!
Cross-eyed, crazy-haired Calvin. We love him :)
More daily life. Weston jumps around so much that getting his pajamas on practically requires an assistant. Also, I remember we were working on potty training at this time. I was convinced it would happen any day. Little did I know, we'd still be working on it in 2015. You'll get to hear more about our adventures in potty training as I get caught up with 2014 blogging (Yay?).
I heart his lively face and personality. This kid has no shortage of energy!
He has a sense of humor too :)
This was the first Christmas season that Weston enjoyed decorating the cookies. How fun! It's great to start some family traditions.
The Smolenskys joined us in our town home for Christmas Eve. I wasn't thinking about it at the time, but it was the last Christmas we would spend in that home.
So sweet! I think this is my favorite photo from Cal's 3 month stage.
Onward to 2014!
